Weight Loss Stimulus Plan (Tips 3&4)
As promised, here are a couple more tips for Losing the Fat NOT the pocketbook. Next week we’ll look at different ideas that are helpful and free, so try these tips out and check back next week for some new ones. Have fun losing!
Drink water. Everyone can afford to drink water…tap water. This is such an inexpensive way to lose weight and losing weight requires the intake of lots of water. The body uses fluids to flush out the system and keep itself hydrated allowing you to be active. Water is also great for an appetite suppressant. If you drink lots of water throughout the day then you are helping yourself eliminate unnecessary snacking and overeating. It’s understandable that drinking water can get a little boring after awhile. Flavor it up! There are powder drink packs you can buy that are relatively cheap, but that can do so much when it comes to adding a little bit of low-calorie flavor.
Chew gum or brush your teeth. If you are feeling hungry between meals, instead of snacking, try brushing your teeth or pulling out a piece of gum to chew.В Everyone has experienced the taste of food right after brushing.В Not that pleasant.В So by chewing a piece of mint gum or getting in a quick brush will help you fight the temptation to snack.
